With nearly two decades of restaurant and catering experience under her belt, Chef Amber Amos, an award-winning, Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, has brought the vibrant flavors of Latin America to the Bite. Since launching her food truck in 2017, she has been enchanting locals with her creative and authentic takes on traditional recipes she grew up with in Los Angeles.
