After working for Momiji Japanese Restaurant in Salem, chef Jeff Berneski opened his first NorthFresh foot cart in Salem. Now he’s brought his special brand of ultra fresh sushi, sashimi, and poké to Tumalo.
Jeff is meticulous about quality and has fresh fish delivered daily. And he’s particular about knowing exactly where his fish comes from. Especially the tuna that makes up his signature sashimi combo and poké dishes.
