Stefan Pena began his culinary passion in his teen years working at fine dining establishments throughout Central Oregon. He attained the position of Chef by age 20. Most recently Stefan was the former head chef at the Peerless restaurant in Ashland where his delicious creations and delightful presentations built a quick following.
